It’s been a great experience working with John Philips, especially as buying a house can be an anxious process. His conduct was very professional whilst at the same time personable, making you feel like an important customer. His communication style was transparent, friendly and responsive, presenting all parties’ perspectives in a clear manner. I’d be happy to work with John again.
