John Philips’ reputation as the rock star of Mandurah Marina real estate is common knowledge. We knew after observing this highly specialised market for many years that it was John that we’d need to sell our Marina apartment. Everything he described about who would buy our property (and why) proved to be spot on. He knew exactly who to target and sold our property at the first viewing to a couple who couldn’t have been more delighted, and at a very fair price. His reputation is well deserved!
