I have found John to be very helpful and has a very pleasant demeanor. I really am flounder as this is the first time I have purchased a property on my own. I find John to be most approachable over the phone not having met in person as I am currently in Victoria. He faced timed me to help with signing of the documents as I had no idea what I was doing. That was a bit plus to me, taking the time to help.
